DK Wellness was born out of a personal journey. Like many Indians, our founders grew up watching family members rely on Ayurvedic remedies passed down through generations — remedies that worked, but were often inconvenient or hard to find in today's fast-paced world. We set out to change that by bringing these time-tested formulations into a simple, structured daily routine that anyone can follow.

The result is AYUFIT — a 3-part daily wellness system designed to work with your body's natural rhythms from morning to night.

Every AYUFIT tablet is formulated using classical Ayurvedic herbs, carefully selected and combined to support the body at different times of the day. We work with trusted Ayurvedic pharmacists and source only FSSAI-certified, 100% vegetarian ingredients — no artificial additives, no shortcuts.
